Account access and organization separation

The application requires authenticated access. Organization membership and role checks govern available actions, and database row-level access policies separate organization records. Access to a website sample does not provide access to customer projects.

These controls support separation; they are not a claim of certification or a guarantee against every security risk. Review your user roles and access needs during setup.

Document review and history

Field documents sent to SitePulse can be reviewed and edited through the documented workflow. When a sent document is edited and the changes are sent, the earlier version stays in its history. This gives reviewers context for a changed record; it does not establish that every recorded statement is true or satisfy every compliance requirement by itself.

Downloads and client delivery

Reports and selected document packages can be downloaded for delivery through your existing process. Your team decides what is included, where it is sent, and how it is stored after download. Client acceptance remains a separate step.

Confirm any wider export, retention, deletion, migration, or recovery requirements with SitePulse. This page does not promise a complete self-service data export or a particular backup retention period.

Website data handling

This marketing website is separate from the authenticated application. Inquiry details are sent to Formspree for processing and delivered to the SitePulse team. Production website analytics measure visits and a fixed set of interactions without collecting form values or using session replay. See the privacy notice.

Security questions and incident contact

Use the contact form to raise a security question or report a concern. Describe the issue without sending passwords, credentials, or sensitive records. We will arrange any further information exchange directly.
