Who handles website inquiries

SitePulse operates this website. Contact us through the inquiry form and select “Privacy or data request” for questions about this notice or your information. No company details are required for a privacy inquiry.

Information you choose to send

The form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, and any company, crew-count, or message details you provide. Name, email, and company are required for demo requests; company is optional for other inquiries. We use these details to respond, evaluate product fit, and continue the conversation you requested.

Do not submit passwords, confidential client records, or sensitive personal information. A submission does not enroll you in a mailing list, create an application account, or trigger a website autoresponder.

Formspree processing and retention

Formspree receives the submission, applies spam filtering, stores it in its submission service, and sends a notification to the SitePulse team. Formspree may process request information needed to deliver and protect its service. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices.

Our currently configured free plan provides a 30-day dashboard submission archive. Notification copies remain in the receiving mailbox and may be retained for the inquiry and related business records. Dashboard expiry does not automatically delete those copies. Contact us to discuss access, correction, or deletion; we will explain any applicable recordkeeping limitation.

Website analytics

On the production website, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and selected interactions: demo links, tour stages, guided walkthrough controls, scenario choices, sample downloads, form starts, accepted inquiries, and submission errors. The website sends only fixed event names and predefined categories. We exclude form contents and strip query strings and URL fragments from reported page addresses.

Vercel’s service derives aggregate traffic information from request data, such as the browser, device, referring site, and approximate location. It does not use analytics cookies or session replay. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information. Analytics are disabled in local and automated-test builds. Your inquiry still works if analytics are blocked or fail.

Hosting, sharing, and choices

Vercel hosts the website and processes requests needed to serve and protect it. We use Formspree and Vercel to operate this website; we do not sell inquiry details or use the form to subscribe you to marketing lists. These providers may process data outside your location under their own service arrangements.

You can browse without submitting a form. Use browser controls to block analytics if you prefer. To ask about your information, make a privacy inquiry through the contact form. We may need additional information to verify a request.
