GETTING STARTED
Start with the work.
Build from there.
Bring a real workflow and the people responsible for it. Together, we identify the supported setup and a practical first project.

- 01
Review your workflow.
Bring your scope, client requirements, reports, and the handoffs that need attention.
- 02
Set up a first project.
Agree supported configuration, responsibilities, and the initial crew and office reviewers.
- 03
Train, use, and refine.
Work through the field and office flow together. Review what needs adjusting before expanding.
Bring the inputs that shape the work
- A representative scope and your current handover from quoting to operations.
- The crew structure, planning responsibilities, and office reviewers.
- Client document, photo, and test requirements.
- Sample reports and a recent example of a blocker or replan.
- Your devices, connection conditions, and existing delivery process.
Share sanitized examples during evaluation. Do not put credentials, sensitive project records, or confidential client files into the public contact form.
Agree the first working setup
Review which records, forms, and workflows SitePulse supports for your needs. Agree the initial project, crew, responsibilities, and review process. Make gaps explicit before expanding the rollout.
Setup depends on the requirements and configuration involved. We do not publish a universal migration timeline or promise that every legacy format can be imported.
Train field and office users together
Work through planning, the field record, review, corrections, and client handoff. A useful first rollout tests the complete handoff, including what happens when a requirement is missing.
Confirm who owns configuration, who answers crew questions, and who reviews submitted records. Review the first project before adding more crews.
Get help through SitePulse
Use the contact form for setup, general questions, and support. Include the workflow and the issue you need help with, without passwords or sensitive files. Response arrangements and any additional services are agreed directly with your team.
Confirm fit and commercial terms
The demo is an opportunity to discuss your operating needs, supported configuration, data access, and commercial terms. We do not publish a standard price or a service-level guarantee on this website.
